Asanas or Yoga postures with special effects on releasing Tensions and  Stress, as well as Depression.
Mudras or Yogic hand positions to calm nerves, the mind, and promote overall wellness.
Powerful and Healing Essential Oils  that promote relaxation, calmness, and concentration (use & effects).

And several other techniques easy to permform at work, home or when you need them most.
